To sum it up…Gold Coast Food Bank was born by a chef bothered with local media
but for the those out there who need more clarification…all the guff on food at this instant on the Gold Coast and it’s neighboring locale in the words of a chef/teacher and food writer who lives with his wife, daughter and one eyed cat.
Essentially my main aim is to communicate with the people on the front line of dining..them being you the diner. But also to create that murmur we foodies here wish for in one of the fastest growing cities in our country. Reviews, news, latest ventures and the smalltalk on all things food are intended to be posted.
I would also like to educate the modern diner and furthermore the cheffing community informing and edifying those of us wanting to champion our restaurants, providores and events. Book reviews, seasonal ingredients, trends and issues may also hoist their sails.
